FULL CARE BOARD​ - $950 / month

• 2x day feeding of quality grain and free choice hay (will feed other owner-provided grains, supplements & medications at no additional cost)
• 12' x 14' stalls cleaned daily
• Daily turnout- semi-private or private. We can accommodate if you prefer your horse turned out 24/7 aside from seasonal or poor weather.
• 1 blanket/fly sheet/fly mask change per day
• Access to tack room, 1 saddle rack & bridle hanger
• 1 hot/cold wash stall and grooming bay
• Close proximity to trails 
• Quiet atmosphere and great views
• Farm owner and manager live on-site
• Training services available - $65 per hour private lessons. $45 semi-private. There is no training requirement for the board fee.
• $75 monthly credit towards programming, farm dinners, and wellness events at Timber Run. Credit does not roll over.

Pasture Board- $750 / month ​

• Paddock & pasture turnout & rotation
• Run-in shed for extreme weather. The paddocks are heavily shaded with tree cover and suitable for shelter during warm or light rain.
• Access to tack room, 1 saddle rack & bridle hanger
•1 hot/cold wash stall and grooming bays
• Close proximity to trails (American Tobacco Trail)
• Quiet atmosphere and great views
• Farm owner and manager live on-site
• Training services available -$65 per hour private lessons. $45 semi-private. There is no training requirement for the board fee.

Barn Hours
The stables at Timber Run are part of a nature retreat and private estate. We are not a 24/7 barn. We understand we may not be the right fit for everyone but an amazing fit for many!

Our facility is open to borders:

Wednesday      7 AM - 8 PM
Thursday        7 AM - 8 PM
Friday               7 AM - 8 PM
Saturday           9AM - 2PM
Sunday              10 AM - 3 PM


Facility & Additional Services

Arena 60 ft x 120 ft sand arena is under construction and planned for November 1st.  A 25% discount to board applies to all early boarders in September & October (or until the facility is complete). Grass Arena is currently available. 

Training:  $65 per hour for private lessons. $45 semi-private. $50 training rides. Lessons are currently only available to boarders. Outside trainers are currently allowed with prior approval.

Vet & Farrier: Referrals available. Barn manager can schedule & manage your appointments for an additional fee. Holding for vet/farrier available for an additional fee​

Sales & Leases: We will happily assist in finding sale & lease horses.

Horse Shows: Showing will be available to boarders & riders for the Fall 2025 local season.

Other services: 
Horse trailer parking - $200/month
Individual turn-out - $200/month​
